About the Artwork

What got me was how alive the surface feels — turquoise breaking through gold and amber, dark verticals holding it all together like something just barely contained.

Blue Dudes started with gravity and flow, letting the acrylic move downward and build up where it wanted.

The figures — if they are figures — weren’t planned. They showed up in the layering. I left them there. Some people see them, some don’t, and that feels right.
